Den skal varmes op til kogepunktet, s&aring; du f&aring;r en konsistens, som minder om budding. Tag den herefter af varmen og lad den k&oslash;le ned til stuetemperatur.<br>2. I din r&oslash;resk&aring;l vejes alle de resterende ingredienser op. F&oslash;rst tils&aelig;ttes de resterende 400 ml. m&aelig;lk, som skal v&aelig;re fingervarmt, hvor g&aelig;r r&oslash;res ud i. Herefter tils&aelig;ttes salt, sukker, &aelig;g og de resterende 760 g. hvedemel. Tils&aelig;t din j&aelig;vning og begynd at &aelig;lte dejen med din dejkrog. Lad den &aelig;lte ved lav hastighed i 3-4 minutter.<br>3. Vej sm&oslash;r af og sk&aelig;r i mindre stykker. Tils&aelig;t sm&oslash;r.<br>4. Lad nu din dej &aelig;lte ved medium hastighed indtil den begynder at slippe kanterne. Det kan tage alt mellem 10-20 min. alt efter hvor god din r&oslash;remaskine er. N&aring;r du kan lave glutentesten p&aring; den og den er godkendt, s&aring; er dejen f&aelig;rdig. Glutentesten laves ved at tage en lille klump dej, hvorefter du hiver dejen ud. Hvis du kan hive dejen ud, uden at den g&aring;r i stykker, s&aring; er din dej klar. Hvis den g&aring;r i stykker, s&aring; skal den &aelig;ltes lidt l&aelig;ngere.<br>5. Drys dit bord med mel. H&aelig;ld herefter dejen ud p&aring; bordet og drys med mere mel p&aring; toppen. Dejen kan godt klistre en smule, men hvis du s&oslash;rger for at have godt med mel p&aring; h&aelig;nderne, s&aring; burde det hj&aelig;lpe.<br>6. Vej dine boller af til 75 &ndash; 80 g. stykket og tril til boller. Vi fik 21 stk.<br>7. S&aelig;t p&aring; en bageplade bekl&aelig;dt med bagepapir med ca. 3-4 cm. mellemrum.<br>8. L&aelig;g et viskestykke over bollerne og lad dem h&aelig;ve i 1,5 time.<br>9. T&aelig;nd ovnen p&aring; 200 grader. Pensl dine boller med et sammenpisket &aelig;g eller kold kaffe (pensl dem forsigtigt, s&aring; de ikke falder sammen &ndash; s&aring; ender du med flade boller). Bag bollerne i ca. 12-15 min.<br>10. Hver knop gav to tvebakker eller \"hveder\". Blandingen skal kun lige v&aelig;re lun.<\/p><p>N&aring;r g&aelig;ren er opl&oslash;st, piskes salt sukker og &aelig;g i.<\/p><p>Bland kardemommen i lidt af melet og pisk det i blandingen. Pisk ca halvdelen af melet i lidt af gangen, s&aring; dejen piskes helt glat. Pisk og r&oslash;r n&aelig;sten resten af melet i. Dejen skal h&aelig;nge sammen, men er lidt klistret. L&aelig;g dejen i en stor r&oslash;resk&aring;l, evt med lidt mel i bunden. D&aelig;k med et opvredet viskestykke og s&aelig;t dejen lunt i 30 min..<\/p><p>&AElig;lt den igen med h&aelig;nderne med lidt mel p&aring; borderet. L&aelig;g dejen tilbage i sk&aring;len og lad den h&aelig;ve i 20 min under et opvredet viskestykke.<\/p><p>L&aelig;g bagepapir i bradepanden. &AElig;lt igen let og del dejen i 30 stykker. Form og tril dem til 30 boller. S&aelig;t dem i r&aelig;kker p&aring; 5x6 i bradepanden og lad dem h&aelig;ve i bradepanden i 50 til 60 min indtil de st&oslash;der mod hinanden.<\/p><p>S&aelig;t bradepanden midt i ovnen og bag dem 20 til 25 min.<\/p><p>Tag bradepanden ud og l&aelig;g et t&oslash;rt viskestykke og en bageplade ovre. Vend de sammenh&aelig;ngende boller over p&aring; viskestykket\/bagepladen s&aring; de kommer til at ligge med bunden opad.
